Public installations provide us with an opportunity to create the vision of our perfect world, how we see ourselves and how we wish to be perceived. I make images that arouse an intimately human feeling and simultaneously the role we play in a larger structure. With water the metaphor is simple, we are made of it, our world is made of it, we can identify ourselves in its curves and folds, its beauty and dangerous power.
